We're on the same wavelength. Well, most of the time. When we're not, someone must have mixed up our timezones. We recover quickly, though, and complement each other again, learning from each other all the time. We feel we can do special things together. We package consulting with free feel-good factor, successful ideas and fun.

has a structured mind
Hey, I’m Flo (at least everybody calls me so).
My work is made up of a lethal combination of IT and business data reporting. In short, I make relevant reporting tools for business by translating available data into useful information, which is then used to make strategic decisions.
The dialogue between business and IT is an everyday struggle which I try to smooth out through communication. If need be, I roll up my sleeves and go into concrete tasks, such as: data analysis, data warehouse design, data modelling, ETL and reporting. I've been (technical or business analyst) team lead and team member in end-to-end, international (even global) implementation projects.
I like order. Order in business lets you get the bigger picture, so you can make good decisions. So, let's say I'm the business structure behind my colleagues' creativity. :)

has intuition and charisma
I'm happy to serve our clients the full menu of E.B.I.G. services. It's as good for the soul as it is for business.
Speaking of the soul and business, as time goes by, I understand more and more that a real taste of success can only be sampled when we think, work and smile together, as a team.

likes to philosophise
I'm Alis, how do you do. A few words about me, to remain unchanged no matter what the circumstances: I believe in ethics that are integrated in our activities and can apply to any aspect of our lives. I like to enjoy what I do, and if I don't, it means there's a limit there, to be discovered and exceeded. I believe in fun and the way enjoyment makes the difference between something done well and something that has no value. What do I wish for? To be present in every moment of my life.
About business and, implicitly, marketing: it's like a person, with limitless potential and unique resources. What matters is to give yourself time to discover it and the will to consolidate what you've already learnt.
About the words above: many may say it's all just that, words. I'd like to see them try to live by these words. We can talk about that. :-)

is well-organised and fair
I'm Simona.
I could just use three lines who I am, what I do, what I like and what I don't like. But I guess I won't :)
I'm a marketing consultant at E.B.I.G. I do research, I sift through data to get the information I'm interested in. I like knowing everything, analysing everything, I like organising information so that, at the end, I have a clear set of conclusions which will enable me to sort out issues and problems that my clients face.
I like balance in my life, assuming responsibility for my actions, I like innovation because it comes with accepting challenges and risks, I like novelty because it always feels like a new beginning.
I don't like it when people are careless. I think we must care about the world around us because we're in this together.
I enjoy signing "Simona M." at the end of my letters. :)

likes perfection, with a human face
I love people and the ideas they bring on. Their life. Sometimes I ask myself what I'm going to be when I grow up (no, really!). I think I'd like to always stay a child, the way I'm feeling now.
Sometimes I'm excessively serious :-| (some say), otherwise kidding and light-hearted :-) (others whisper), but the truth must be somewhere in the middle -- around the Ecuator, perhaps. ;-) I love the art of marketing, but I think it's almost worthless without research, strategy and planning. I love words and their power to express unique thoughts and experiences.
I couldn't live without travels and special places to visit. I love flying on my rollerblades (and sometimes I fall back to earth quite suddenly :-)), I lose at board games and I want my own motorbike. I believe in things done well. And I breathe marketing. It's a good feeling, you're getting it, aren't you?

strings words together quite well
I like stories, so much so that I do my best to create them.
Aside from that, to work well together, I have to believe in you and in your projects. Then we can talk openly about marketing and communication, about relationships and seduction. But you have to want clear, measurable results.
If you're a wine producer, you've already challenged me. I almost feel like I owe it to you. Plus, you just saved my colleague Radu Pintilie (sales) a whole lot of trouble. For grapevine is alive, not to mention (vig)noble. Anyway, I promise I won't stop pestering Radu until he gets us introduced, as we should.
Oh yes, and when I retire I'd like to go somewhere south, to translate poetry and play -- with words.
I wonder
am I right
for E.B.I.G.?
I wonder. Maybe I am, maybe not. What do these people do? Hmm, let's see: dedicated marketing consultants, like a subscription to marketing services for companies, or outsourcing marketing -- leave it to the experts. Shall I tell them about Kotler, or is that too simple? Maybe something pasted from
a list of marketing gurus I've heard of.
Oh wait, I just saw something about lovemarks written by someone from E.B.I.G., they must have heard about Roberts. Look, copywriting. If I keep messing up my grammar, they won't like it. And it won't help if I want to write press releases or product copy. They do marketing research. Yes, facts are very important, I keep hearing that.
What if I just tell them I'm passionate about what I do, I have initiative and a strong personality, that I want to make a difference and learn? Maybe it's too much. If they ask me what I studied and I answer, in all honesty, that it was the School of Music, will they judge me? No way, if they do that, this isn't the place for me. Let's see. I think I have lots of potential.
